RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to enjoy shopping with Montall and feel confident about your purchase.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Return Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item shows no visible signs of wear or damage

  • The item is unwashed, unworn, and unaltered

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Items returned after this period cannot be accepted.


Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:

  • Underwear

  • Socks

These exclusions are always clearly stated on the product page where applicable.


Proof of purchase

To complete your return, we may require proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email including the order number.


How to request a return or exchange

Include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

Our support team will guide you through the next steps based on this policy.


Exchanges (if applicable)

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@montallofficial.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
Exchanges are subject to availability.


Return shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Costs may vary depending on the courier and country of return

  • We are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other charges related to returned items

Please ensure you keep proof of shipment and tracking information until your return has been received.
We are unable to process returns that cannot be tracked or verified.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received at our warehouse and inspected:

  • We will process your refund within 10 working days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • After processing, it may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your payment provider

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.


Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected timeframe:

  1. Please allow 2–3 additional business days for bank processing

  2. If the refund is still not visible, contact us at contact@montallofficial.com

We will investigate the matter promptly.


Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at:

within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item

We use delivery confirmation and tracking timestamps when reviewing damage claims.


Important note on sizing

The size indicated on the product label may differ from the size you ordered due to variations in manufacturing standards or regional sizing.
However, the product will always correspond to the size selected during checkout.
